The service offered is Easy CEMS, a web-based platform provided in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode for managing Cambridge exam sessions. The service provider is Infoitalia Servizi Srl, a company with registered office in Reggio Calabria, Italy.
The contract for use of the service has a maximum duration of one (1) year from the date of the Order. Upon expiration of this one-year term, the agreement automatically terminates unless renewed through a new Order.
If a new Order is not placed within the one-year period, the Company reserves the right to permanently delete the Customer's data without notice. Regarding the management of purchased but unused exams, the system ensures they are not lost provided they are renewed promptly: if the Customer places a new order within one year of the previous order date, the number of unused exams will be added directly to the new package of exams just purchased.
The right to use the Service lasts for a maximum of one (1) year from the date the Purchase Order is submitted. At the end of the one-year period, the agreement automatically terminates unless a new renewal Order is submitted.
The Customer may terminate the contract at any time by providing specific notice to the Company. In the event of early termination, the Company will delete the Customer's data within thirty (30) days of receiving such notice.
It is also specified that the clause regarding termination of the contract (Clause 9) is one of those that the Customer must specifically approve at the time of signing the agreement.
Yes. Schools interested in Easy CEMS can take advantage of a free 30-day trial with full access to all features. Additionally, a free demonstrative session via video conference is available upon request. No commitment or payment information is required to start the trial.
Yes, as long as the Customer places a new order within one year of the previous order: in this case, the unused exams will be automatically added to the new package just purchased.
There are no refunds for purchased but unused exams. If the customer places a new order within one year of the previous order date, the unused exams will be added to the new package just purchased at no additional charge.
No. Easy CEMS is provided in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, meaning it is entirely web-based. You only need a modern browser to access the platform — nothing to download or install on your devices.
Easy CEMS is replicated to the cloud daily at 3:00 AM. In case of primary server failure, the cloud instance activates automatically and the system becomes reachable within the DNS update time (between 1 and 24 hours).
A local backup function is also available, allowing you to easily copy the database and all user files for on-site storage. An optional automated weekly datacenter backup is also available (every Sunday, with 4 weeks of retention).
Yes. The system operates with the HTTPS protocol on an SSL-certified domain, ensuring that all data transmitted between your browser and the platform is fully encrypted.
Yes. Easy CEMS supports multi-location management. The same system can be used in real-time across multiple venues, and partner centres on the territory can register students directly online through the same platform.
Yes. Each Easy CEMS instance is personalised with your centre's name, logo, data, and documentation. It is accessible through a dedicated web address (which can also be linked from your school's existing website — the linking operation is managed by your web hosting provider).
External private candidates can pay online directly at the time of registration using PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. The payment is processed immediately and the registration is confirmed automatically.
Preparation Centres register their students online but pay in a deferred manner (after registration). Certified Preparation Centres benefit from simplified registration procedures and can agree on custom payment terms directly with the Exam Centre.
Yes. Easy CEMS allows you to configure a surcharge that is automatically applied when a candidate registers after a specified deadline. The late fee is added to the base exam price without any manual intervention needed.
Yes. All online payment transactions are processed through certified payment providers (PayPal and credit card circuits) using encrypted and PCI-compliant channels. Easy CEMS itself does not store any sensitive payment data.
